All our websites come with a built-in content management system (CMS) that you can access anywhere there is an Internet connection—just log in with your password and username.

The beauty of working with a CMS is that you have complete control over your site’s content. Allowing you to add new pages or edit old ones at no extra cost, and without the need to know any code.

Listed below are some of the other features a content management system puts at your fingertips.

• Formatting: align text left, right or centre; bold, italicise, strike-through or underline it; change the colour to whatever you like.
• Spell checker option.
• Add links to other pages on your site or to other websites.
• Upload pictures, video, and audio direct from your computer.
• Add word processing documents, presentations, spreadsheets and PDFs for your website visitors to download.
• Paste content from word processing or plain-text documents. Useful if you prefer to write offline or have some old documents you want to move online without going to the trouble of typing them again.
• Page preview facility—make sure everything looks okay before going live.

To keep you right, we provide a user guide with each website, but you probably won’t need it, as you can quickly get up to speed just by using the CMS.
